Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
You connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's official sign-in popup inside the app. If you don't have a business account yet, Meta creates one during that step.
Will it make up prices or shipping fees?
No. Jawab only quotes prices, stock and shipping from your Shopify store. If it doesn't know something, it hands the chat to you instead of guessing.
Which dialects does it understand?
Gulf (Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti and more), Egyptian and standard Arabic, plus English. It replies in the language the customer writes in.
Can it take cash-on-delivery orders?
Yes. COD orders are created directly in Shopify. Customers who prefer to pay online get a pre-filled checkout link.
Can I take over a conversation?
Anytime. Jawab hands chats to a human when needed and notifies you, and you can step in yourself whenever you like.
How is billing handled?
